A highlight of the trip: cooking class in Tozeur

I took a cooking class with Wildyness in Tozeur and it was a highlight of the trip. The cooking class wove in history and explanations of local farming methods.

Market, garden, cooking and the palm museum

We had a great afternoon! We loved going to the market to buy the ingrediënts because of the vibe there. After that we had a nice tour through the garden with explanations about the different plants that grow there. Followed by the actual cooking. While we waited for everything to be ready we got a tour with explanations through the palm museum which was a nice extra. The food was delicious!
