You are eligible for a complete refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience. However, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the experience's commencement, no refund will be provided. 

Please note that this experience is weather-dependent, and in the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, you will be given the option to reschedule for a different date or receive a full refund.
