We'll visit a traditional artisan's workshop to witness the magic of clay being shaped and painted by hand. Feel the creative energy and learn the stories behind the iconic Tunisian designs.

➡️ Kelibia’s Fortress & Azure Waters Next, we head to the coastal town of Kelibia to explore its magnificent Byzantine fortress, perched on a rocky promontory with breathtaking views of the sea. Afterwards, we'll take a moment to breathe by one of the most beautiful white-sand beaches in the Mediterranean.

➡️ Seafood Lunch by the Sea Indulge in the freshest catch of the day with a delicious seafood lunch at a local restaurant. Taste the authentic flavours of the sea while enjoying the coastal breeze a true Cap Bon experience.

➡️ Discovering Kerkouane, the Lost Punic City In the afternoon, we’ll step into a world forgotten by time at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kerkouane. Unlike Dougga or Carthage, this city was never rebuilt by the Romans, offering a pure, unblemished glimpse into Punic civilisation. Wander through the outlines of ancient homes, complete with their bathtubs, and feel the echoes of a pre-Roman past.

➡️ Evening in Haouaria We’ll end our day in the dramatic coastal town of Haouaria, known for its stunning cliffs and ancient caves, where we will settle in for the night.

Day 2: Roman Caves, Panoramic Views & A Taste of the Land

➡️ A Soulful Cap Bon Breakfast Wake up to the gentle sounds of the coast and enjoy a breakfast filled with local specialities: fresh citrus jams, local honey, homemade bread, and regional delicacies that capture the essence of Tunisia's garden.

➡️ The Roman Caves of Haouaria: Explore the spectacular man-made caves (les grottes), carved out of the rock by the Romans and Carthaginians to quarry stone for building the great cities of the ancient world. The site is a testament to ancient engineering and offers incredible photo opportunities.

➡️ Optional Coastal Hike For those who wish, an optional short hike along the cliffs of Haouaria provides stunning panoramic views of the sea and the nearby island of Zembra. It’s a perfect moment to connect with nature and the wild beauty of the peninsula.

➡️ A Taste of Tradition: Harissa & Local Flavours. Before concluding our journey, we will visit a local cooperative to discover the secrets of Harissa, Tunisia’s fiery and flavourful national condiment, which has its protected designation of origin (AOC) in this region. Learn about its production and taste the authentic flavour of Cap Bon.
