The Distillation Workshop – A Journey of the Senses

For generations, women in Nabeul have hand-picked bitter orange flowers at dawn, when their fragrance is at its peak. Rania grew up surrounded by this ancestral knowledge between orange groves, steaming copper stills, and family rituals. It was here that her passion was born: to preserve and share this beautiful, delicate craft.

The Workshop

Set in a traditional family home or a peaceful countryside setting, the workshop includes:

• A hands-on introduction to a steam distillation copper alembic,

• Insights into the many uses of orange blossom water from beauty and skincare to cooking and wellness.

Throughout the experience, Rania shares her personal stories and memories of her grandmother’s rituals, songs sung during the harvest, and the scents that defined her childhood. The workshop becomes a journey through time, where every fragrance tells a story.
