From this central square, you’ll immediately feel the pulse of a city that’s been shaped by centuries of empires, faiths, and traditions.
➡️ Stop 2: Discover Ahmed Bey Palace
🔸 10:00 am we travel back to the 18th century as we explore the majestic Ahmed Bey Palace, with its intricate tilework, carved cedar ceilings, and rich stories of Ottoman grandeur and resistance.
➡️ Stop 3: Cross the Iconic Sidi M’Cid Bridge
🔸 11:00 am we walk across the iconic Sidi M’Cid Bridge, taking in the thrill of its height and the breathtaking views over the Rhumel Gorge.

🔸 12:30 pm we cross " Mellah slimane " bridge to reach our restaurant and we sit down for a delicious local meal, savoring dishes like mhajeb, couscous, and harira; each bite bursting with the rich, comforting flavors of Algerian cuisine, sure to satisfy every craving.

🔸 02:00 pm we stroll through Constantine’s lively market, admire handmade crafts and spices, and meet local artisans; ideal for picking up special souvenirs.

Note: Constantine on Friday is not as vibrant as on other days of the week. Most shops will be closed, and fewer people visit the city. However, this gives us a unique opportunity to explore the city in more detail, with quieter streets and less traffic on the roads.
