This 3-hour session combines clear demonstrations with hands-on practice, covering topics such as setting up a copper alembic, managing botanical charges, and optimising condensation rates.

A fascinating orange blossom distillery visit
The visit to the orange blossom distillery with Enzemia was both fascinating and heartfelt. A warm, memorable experience with true locals.

Fun, fragrant and chilled workshop!
Me and my husband had a really lovely time with Rania and her husband at their distillation workshop! We really enjoyed trying out the process of distillation, hearing about it’s history and sampling all the different floral waters. It was very relaxed with time to chat with our hosts over a glass of lemonade. We were made to feel really welcome. The booking process was also straightforward and communication was made easy with WhatsApp. Overall a great experience!
