Arrive at 14:00 for a warm welcome from Yara AlShaikh Youssef in her well-equipped studio. After an overview of clay types and tools, dive into basic hand-building exercises. Guided by Yara’s expert instruction and tailored feedback, you’ll sculpt your own piece—be it abstract form or figurative design. The session wraps up with a group review, where you learn how to continue honing your eye and technique. Your finished clay creations will be fired and ready to collect one week later.

Wear comfortable, old clothing and bring a small notebook to jot down techniques and inspiration. Wooden-soled shoes help with studio traction on any stray clay bits.
