I’m a passionate chef from Tozeur, and I love sharing the vibrant flavours of southern Tunisia through immersive cooking classes. With every guest I welcome, my goal is to create a meaningful connection not just with our food, but with our culture and way of life.

In my classes, I guide you through traditional recipes that I’ve learned from my family and community. We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the region dates from the oasis, sun-dried spices, and homemade staples that tell the story of our land.
