Carefully developed, this journey combines authentic cultural encounters with creativity, exploration, and moments of reflection. Together, you'll wander through the Medina's winding alleyways, discover remarkable architecture and local craftsmanship, taste the richness of Tunisian cuisine, meet inspiring people, and gain unique insights into a city that remains one of the Mediterranean's best-kept secrets among the capitals.

This journey is shaped by Susanne´s personal experience organizing boutique tours and seminars in Tunisia since 2014, trusted local connections, and a genuine passion for Tunisian culture. Rather than following a standard itinerary, you'll discover Tunis through my eyes and the lenses of a local —opening doors to authentic encounters, hidden places, and experiences that most visitors would not find on their own.
Traveling with my and my local guest means becoming part of the city's everyday rhythm. Your week concludes with a peaceful yoga brunch in a traditional Dar—a historic Tunisian courtyard house—offering space to reflect, reconnect, and let the experiences of the week settle before returning home.

Do I need a passport?
Yes, for traveling Tunisia you need a six month valid passport
How do I get to the accomodation from the airport?
If it is your first time landing in Tunisia I would recommend you a taxi pick-up at the airport Tunis-Carthage. I am happy to reserve one for you, too. Cost is 20 Euro, the taxidriver waits for you with a name sign.
Do I need a vaccination?
You do not need a special vaccination for Tunisia
How do we move around the city?
We will take different transports form taxis, bus to TGM, the official train company in Tunis.
Do I have time for personal plans?
Yes. Between the program I give you time to digest experiences, learn, connect independent with places and people.
When does the program start?
My program starts the 23.11.2026 in the evening in the accomodation, Rue Charles de Gaulles, near Medina, depending on guests arrival
Can I stay longer or arrive earlier?
According to availability you can check-in earlier and stay longer - or book other travel modules, like Sahara or North Tunisia.
How much is the cost if I stay longer?
Depending if you share a room it is 20 / 40 Euros per night
Is the breakfast included?
You have tea, coffee in the kitchen and filtered drinking water plus sweets included.
