Overview

At Homrane Community, we invite you to experience an eco-farm in the heart of Ain Drahem’s forest. If you want to go back to roots and get a hands-on experience in permaculture, agroforestry and bio-construction, this is the place to be.

Break away from the everyday chaos and connect with the land, the plants, and the animals with a community that has agro-tourism and ecology engraved in their DNA.

About the Experience in Ain Drahem

Once you reach the farm, everything unfolds in front of you: the green landscapes, the passion for agriculture and permaculture and the strong bonds with nature. Secluded in the forest of Ain Drahem, the farm offers the opportunity to disconnect from the world, learn new skills and connect with nature.

Learn permaculture Principles

Meet the people behind one of the first permaculture projects in the region and let them tell you the ins and outs of their mission and project. We cannot think of a better way to learn permaculture principles than visiting a local community and learning from hands-on sessions.

Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve honed first-hand knowledge in permaculture and eco-villages, your hosts will make sure you get the takeaways and learning you need to level up your know-how.

Spoil your taste buds with organic food:

Get a break from chemical pesticide filled food and spoil your taste buds with organic food planted with much care and prepared with more love.

Cook your lunch and dinner with your host and don’t forget to know as much as you can about how they do think. Pick their brains :))

Go for a hike in the nearby forest

Being in the middle of nature can only motivate you to move your body and go exploring. Go for a hike in the forest and explore the fauna and flora of the region.

Don’t forget to hug the dogs and the TREES. We all know how much it does us well to reconnect with nature in a smartphone era.

Be part of like-minded community

In this eco-farm, you’re not only learning new skills and reconnecting with nature, you’re also inspired and triggered. Open up your heart, start interesting conversations, and let bonds be created and tightened.

Everyone has a story to tell, you will have more stories to share when you leave the farm.
